The London Marathon is the largest annual fundraising event on the planet. Runners have raised over £770 million for good causes since the race began in 1981. Next year SASH Charity will be the beneficiary of the hard efforts of Nikki Tapal, phlebotomy supervisor at East Surrey Hospital.
Nikki said, “I have been given the opportunity to don my trainers and fulfill my lifelong ambition to run the London Marathon, and I’m very happy to be able to run for East Surrey Hospital’s own charity, SASH Charity.”
