We are an amazing local community, which through COVID-19 has been going through some challenging times.

Our role as the charity for East Surrey Hospital, and Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is to help NHS staff go above and beyond for you. For our patients, our friends, families, and our whole community. Our job is to help get your support to where it is needed most across our hospitals

We are incredibly grateful for your support. You can read here how it has helped since COVID-19 began.

Amongst all the generous donations and exclusive offers from local businesses for our staff, we know that many of you have asked how else you can show your support.

Here’s how you can help:

We are working to support welfare of all our staff working through COVID-19. Your support is helping us go further for staff during this unprecedented period for the NHS. Visit the Donations page to find out more here https://www.justgiving.com/campaign/SASHCovid19

Volunteers are starting to return to our hospitals, and there are several ways that you can get involved. You can find out more information here: https://www.surreyandsussex.nhs.uk/working-for-us/volunteering/

We’ve been amazed by the support from local businesses, groups and individuals, including donations of food and welfare items for NHS staff.

If you would like to donate items or offer other support, please read this important information on what we can and can’t accept at present.

Examples of you being awesome

Here are just a few examples of how the community are supporting our local hospitals. We love sharing your stories so do share what you’re doing to fundraise for the hospitals and tag us on social media @sashcharity. (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)
